Lunchtime Supervisor

We have a vacancy for a lunchtime supervisor.  The hours will be 1 hour 20 minutes over the lunchtime period. The successful applicant will be required to complete a DBS application form and to provide criminal conviction information (formerly known as CRB). Job application forms are available from the School Office and the closing date is Friday 25th September. If anyone would like to know more about the role, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Inhalers

If you have informed us that your child has asthma, please ensure your child brings their inhaler into school. You should regularly check your child`s inhaler to ensure that it is not empty and that it is still in date. If it is the case that your child no longer suffers from Asthma, please let the office know in writing so that their records can be amended accordingly.

Macmillan Coffee Morning – Friday 25 September 9.00am – School Hall

All parent/carers  and family members are invited to our very first Macmillan Coffee morning.

Please, please pop in for a hot drink and a cake next Friday with a donation for Macmillan. Cancer is the toughest fight most of us will ever face, and, as treatments improve more and more people are living with cancer in their daily lives. The money we raise at our coffee morning will help make sure no one has to face cancer alone, from the moment they’re diagnosed, through treatment and beyond.

All that we ask of parent/carers and friends is that you turn up and enjoy the refreshments, have a chat and catch up with others at the coffee morning, and make a small donation for the refreshments that we provide. The children will be able to participate and buy cakes etc. at break-time at a cost of 50p.

If parents would like to help even further please feel free to donate any home-made goodies suitable for a coffee morning and bring them into school at home time on Thursday 24th September.
