Water Bottles

Please can we ask that all water bottles that are brought into the school are named (we have several the same) and also that they only have water in them - not juice or squash.

Snow

After a very mild winter so far, it looks like the threat of snow is starting to gain momentum.  Hopefully this will not cause any disruption to school and we will do our very best to ensure school remains open if the weather does take a turn for the worse.  In the event of heavy snow over night and the closing of the school for the day, you will receive a text message from school, (as soon as the decision has been made and as early as we can before the start of the school day), informing you that we are closed. Please also check the school’s web site and twitter account, where we will post any news if needed.  Should it snow heavily throughout the day, and poses us with the dilemma of sending children home safely, you will receive a text asking you to collect your child from school as soon as possible. Please ensure that if you have recently changed your mobile number, that you have informed the office, thank you.

* Please assume school is open if you have not heard any definite news to the contrary.
