Uniform Orders
If you would like to order uniform, please use the order form already sent home this week and return it to the school office no later than Thursday 16th October. Once the order is placed we are unable to add on further items.
Parent / Teacher / Consultations
You should have received your letter and appointment slip for the Parent / Teacher / Consultations. We look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday and Thursday of next week. Anyone who hasn`t returned their slip please contact the school office to arrange an appointment time.
Milk Scheme - Reception & KS1
If you would like to order milk for your child next term, all forms should be returned by the morning of Wednesday 22nd October.
Vomiting and Diarrhoea - 48hr Rule
Sickness and diarrhoea commonly affects children and staff and can be caused by a number of germs, including viruses, parasites and bacteria. Infections can be easily spread from person to person (by unwashed hands), especially in children. The schools policy is that a child with diarrhoea and/or vomiting symptoms must stay away from school until they have been free of symptoms for 48 hours (the `48 hour rule`).
If your child is sick at school, we will ask you or your emergency contact to take your child home. They should not return for 48 hours. We appreciate that this is inconvenient in many cases and you may not believe your child is ill, but you will appreciate that we do this in all cases and it should reduce the risk of infection for all children in school.
* As an example, if your child is sick at lunchtime on a Tuesday, they should not return to school until Friday, provided there have not been any further episodes of vomiting.

On Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th October we will be holding a book fair in the school hall. It will close at 4:00pm on Monday and 4:30 on Tuesday. Please come along and support this event. Each book sold will help raise funds for our school.
