Sickness

We appear to have a sickness bug in school. We are trying to minimise the risk of it spreading further to other children and staff. Please help us to do this by ensuring that if your children have been sick that you:

Follow the 48-Hour Rule: Children who are sick may only return to school after 48-hours have elapsed from the last period of vomiting or diarrhoea.

Hand Wash Thoroughly: Please ensure children wash their hands after using the toilet and before eating.

Hand hygiene is the single most important way of reducing infection and preventing its spread!

Christmas Fair

The PTA will be holding the Christmas Fair on Tuesday 24th November from 3 pm to 5 pm in the school hall.

There will be a toy tombola, a mystery prize stall and a raffle for the grown ups!  All of which need donations. The dress down day next week will stock the mystery prize stall, but we still need toys and games that are in good condition and bottles (alcoholic)!

Please bring your children along to see Santa in his Grotto browse the various Christmas stalls and enjoy a mince pie or two whilst listening to the choir sing! Get into the spirit of Christmas.

* Any donations of cakes, buns or home-made biscuits would be greatly appreciated and should be brought into school on the morning of the fair.
