CARNIVAL – SATURDAY 4th July 2015
I am very pleased to let you know further details of the carnival.
The carnival is being held on Saturday 4th July between 11.00am and 3.00pm. Come along and join in the fun. All donations will be gratefully received after Spring Bank, with the exception of any home baking which should be brought in on Friday 3rd July.
Jar Bar - This stall has always been a huge success thanks to all your beautifully decorated jars. Please fill the jars with “goodies” suitable for children, such as hair decorations, sweets, pencils etc. Jars should be brought in on Friday 19th June and in return your child can wear their own clothes to school on that day.
Cake Stall – Because home made cakes are always extremely well received, can you spare some time to bake or even buy a cake for the Carnival? Please bring your contribution to school on Friday 3rd July. We may sell them on the cake stall or they may be sold with the afternoon tea. We can always sell as many as you can bake!
Books – The book stall is always popular with books for babies and toddlers right through to adult novels. (Please remember that it is a school event and books should be of a suitable content!)
Tombola - Any prizes for this stall are much appreciated – unwanted gifts, toiletries, chocolates, tins, etc.
Toy Stall - Fed up looking at those toys the kids no longer play with? If they are in working order/good condition with all necessary pieces, we’d love to take them off your hands.
Teddies will be used for a “hook a duck” stall.
Bottles – Always a favourite on the day. Bring a bottle (of any sort), all bottles are gratefully received. If you have any unwanted bottles of alcohol, be it a bottle of wine an aunt bought for you Christmas or one of your ‘3 for £12’ bottles or a bottle of whiskey from a neighbour, we'll gladly take them off your hands!
And one final plea!
On the Day - If you can spare some time to help on the day, from setting up beforehand, to running a stall, or helping to clear up at the end of the day we would love to hear from you – just pass your details onto the office!
Raffle Tickets (Available 1st June) Please remember to return your unsold raffle tickets as we always have people waiting for spare books. Completed tickets stubs and money should also be returned to the school as soon as possible.
We really can't do it without you!

We use first party and third party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Services to operate, and we refer to these as “essential” cookies. Other cookies enable us and the third parties we work with to track and target the interests of visitors to our Services, and we refer to these as “advertising” or “analytical” cookies. For example, the embedding of YouTube and Vimeo videos, as added by individual schools will require “advertising” cookies to be enabled in order to successfully play them. Schools that, for example, opt to track visitor data using Google Analytics will require “analytical” cookies to be enabled in order to do so. These third party cookies are used to tailor content and information that we may send or display to you and otherwise personalise your experience while interacting with our Services and to otherwise improve the functionality of the Services we provide. We also enable schools to employ cookies and similar tracking technologies in connection with their use of our Services in order to allow them to track visitors to and interactions with, their school website.
Our Services allows schools to embed code which may potentially contain cookies. Please note embedded content, if displayed on one our websites, has been added by the school and not by eSchools. The embedded content added by the school may require additional cookies or tracking technologies to be enabled in order to function.
